- Who are you?
Our company has over 20 years of experience working in highly specialized fields of insurance and employee benefits plans. We are associated with other professionals, which enables us to provide our expert service to you, our customers.
- How many companies do you represent?
One of the reasons why we are able to offer unbiased advice to our clients is that we have acquired contracts with most companies in Canada. We are not attached to any single company.
- How much do you charge for your services?
In most cases we provide free analysis and advice. Should there be a need for one or more products we would expect that you would deal with us. We get remunerated through commissions.
Some situations however require detailed and lengthy analysis. In these situations we would charge a consulting fee as per agreement. Our fee is $250 per hour.
- Are you a Third Party Administrator (TPA)?
We are associated with Ross and Associates Consulting Ltd, a TPA based out of Edmonton. This firm has been providing TPA services across western Canada for many years.
- Do you provide tax and legal advice?
We are associated with number of accounting and legal professionals. We refer our clients to them whenever necessary.
- Why should I deal with you?
We are very creative. The financial services industry has changed dramatically in the last 10 to 15 years, which includes everything from employee benefits to life insurance and investments. We are bombarded with new information daily and we like to filter it and keep it simple. Our clients love it.
